    WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! When you get a phone call to make an appointment to upgrade 2 lines and then only to get there and be told that those lines aren’t eligible for another month by an extremely rude salesgirl - frankly, stinks. My husband just upgraded his phone over a week ago because his phone wasn’t working right. All 3 lines were activated on the same day - I know this because we all sat in the same room helping each other. According to the salesgirl, we weren’t eligible because they were activated 4 days apart. I calmly explained why that was not the case, where the manager proceeded to explain that because they are a 3rd party retailer, I would need to contact customer care to resolve the issue because their system didn’t have that access. I asked her if it was possible for her to make that call where she said that customer care wouldn’t talk to them. Now I have worked for Sprint Customer Care and knew for a fact that she was lying - I took those calls all the time. But I went outside and made the call where I was informed that both lines were upgrade eligible - the customer care rep asked to speak to the salesgirl so they could resolve the issue. I went back inside and handed the call over to the salesgirl - who proceeded to just hold my phone in her hand until I suggested that she introduce herself (or at least let the rep know someone was on the line still). The call was on speaker and the care rep informed her that not only were the lines eligible but we also had a $10 loyalty credit on each line. The manager said she had never heard of such a credit and that our lines were not upgrade eligible in their system. I asked the manager why they called us for an appointment if they weren’t going to do anything - at this point, she tells me that I can leave because I have attitude and she didn’t have to do anything. Keep in mind the salesgirl still has my phone in her hand. I just looked at the manager and told her that I wasn’t going anywhere, that all I had done was what she told me to do (call customer care to get the problem resolved), and the customer care rep spoke up and said that I was getting my upgrades done plus the loyalty credit as well, and if she didn’t want the commission that she would take care of me. Needless to say, Wireless Lifestyle didn’t make a dime off of me but the wonderful customer care rep did. We will have one iPhone 8 Plus and one iPhone 8 in 1-2 business days and Wireless Lifestyle has lost a longstanding Sprint customer. If I could have given them 0 stars, I would have. Avoid this store at all cost!

    My husband and I went to get new service today. We were very pleased. The ladies working, Amy, Melissa and Cortney were all wonderful. They made us feel very comfortable and explained everything about our new phones and plans so we'll have no questions. Very happy with our choice to switch to Sprint.
